Product Introduction
The multi-functional electric compactor is designed and manufactured according to the standard of compaction test T0131-93 in JTJ051-93 standard of the Ministry of Communications of the People's Republic of China. It can be used for both heavy compaction test and light compaction test. It is one of the ideal geotechnical test instruments for highways, construction and scientific research units.

Instrument performance, operation and adjustment
1. 2. Operation and adjustment:
The host must be fixed on the basis of 500×450 (mm) concrete, adjust the horizontal and vertical, connect the cable (12 cores) between the host and the electrical control box, turn on the power of the electrical box (380V), press the power switch, at this time the digital display The indicator light is on, set a count number arbitrarily, and check whether the running direction of the main engine is correct; Adjustment method: 1. Open the main engine cover, there is a machine running direction mark next to the chain; 2. Press the start button, the motor can run normally, that is, the main engine turns If it is correct, if it fails to run and makes a buzzing sound, it means that the main engine is turning in the wrong direction. Press the stop button immediately, cut off the power supply, and adjust the phase sequence of the incoming line of the power supply to make the main engine run in the correct direction.

Test run:
152mm sample;
1. Load the sample into the sample cylinder and fix the sample cylinder on the machine;
2. Set the number of compactions;
3. Unplug the rotary latch;
4. Close the mainframe shield;
5. Press the stage-shifting button, the stage-shifting indicator light is on, press the start button to start the program compaction. (The edge strikes 6 times and the center strikes 1 time before leaving the factory. If you need to reset the compaction method, please consult the manufacturer or seller).

100mm sample;
1. Load the sample tube into the sample and fix the sample tube on the machine;
2. Set the number of compactions;
3. Insert the rotary pin;
4. Close the mainframe shield;
5. Press the table transfer button, the indicator light of the table transfer is off at this time, press the start button to start the compaction, the machine head does not rotate at this time, and the compaction is continued along the edge. If the compaction needs to be stopped during the compaction or there are other abnormal conditions, press the pause button and the machine will stop working.
