HV-5/10/30/50 Vickers Hardness Tester is a high-tech product of opto-mechanical integration. The machine is novel in shape, with good reliability, operability and intuitiveness. It adopts precision mechanical technology and optoelectronic technology. The new Vickers and Knoop hardness tester.
The machine adopts computer software programming and optical measurement system. Through soft key input, the measurement of Vickers and Knoop hardness can be selected, the strength of the measurement light source can be adjusted, the dwell time can be selected, the test method and test force can be displayed on the LCD screen, and the indentation pair can be measured through the panel input. The length of the angle line and the hardness value are directly read out on the screen, which simplifies the tediousness of looking up the table. Easy to use and high measurement accuracy.
The hardness tester is suitable for measuring the Vickers hardness of tiny, thin, surface infiltration coating specimens and Knoop hardness of glass, ceramics, agate, artificial gems and other brittle and hard materials.
