Product Introduction:
HVS-5 /10 /30/50 The Vickers hardness tester is a high-tech product of opto-mechanical integration. It has automatic switching between the indenter and the objective lens during the test, and the test point is automatically positioned accurately. It has good reliability and operability, and is an upgraded product of the small load Vickers hardness tester.
The machine adopts computer software programming, high magnification optical measurement system, photoelectric sensing and other technologies, through soft key input, can adjust the strength of the measuring light source, select the test method and hardness comparison table, hold time, file number and storage, etc. The LCD large-screen display can display the test method, test force, measured indentation length, hardness value, test force holding time, measurement times, and can enter the year, month, date, test results and data processing, etc., and output through the printer. RS232 interface and computer networking.
The hardness tester is suitable for measuring tiny, thin specimens and parts after surface infiltration coating treatment. It is an ideal hardness testing instrument for research and testing by scientific research institutions, factories and quality inspection departments.
