ZL-4025 pharmaceutical metal detector is specially used in the medical and health products industry with extremely high detection accuracy. It is made with German technology, has ultra-high sensitivity, stable and reliable performance, and can quickly remove products containing metal foreign objects.

It is suitable for the detection of foreign substances such as pills, tablets, capsules, granules and fine powder metal.

1. With its unique precision, it can detect the tiny metal objects in the medicine, and the processing speed can reach about 15000 grains per minute;
2. It can handle multiple types of medicines. In order to save space, a more compact rack design is adopted;
3. The selection part of the automatic rejection device uses food-grade PVC materials;
4. The detection sensitivity is higher than the industry standard, the highest can detect iron balls larger than 0.3mm in diameter;
