Product Description
Working Principle:
The working principle of the synchronous thermal analyzer is based on the temperature change of the sample and the conduction, absorption, radiation and other processes of heat. It controls the temperature of the heating furnace to heat, cool and maintain constant temperature for the sample, and then detects and records the temperature change of the sample and the corresponding physical and chemical properties.

Application Range:
The synchronous thermal analyzer can detect both TG/DSC information at the same time, and has a wide range of measurement, including: thermal stability, redox, decomposition behavior, corrosion research, decomposition kinetics analysis, melting/crystallization, solid phase transition, crystallinity, glass transition, etc.
Synchronous thermal analyzers are widely used in research and development, process optimization and quality monitoring in various fields such as plastics, rubber, coatings, pharmaceuticals, catalysts, inorganic materials, metal materials and composite materials.

Performance Advantages:
The furnace body heating adopts double-row winding of precious metal alloy wire to reduce interference, high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance.
It adopts an upper open cover structure for easy operation. It is difficult to move the furnace body to place the sample, which is easy to cause damage to the sample rod.
The weighing system adopts an imported weighing system with high stability and good repeatability.
Multi-stage temperature setting, using PID algorithm, precise control. Multi-stage temperature rise and constant temperature are possible.
PID temperature control can achieve multi-stage temperature setting, with high precision and small pulse.
USB bidirectional communication is adopted between software and instrument, which fully realizes remote operation. The instrument parameters can be set and the operation of the instrument can be stopped through computer software.
